All Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year limited warranty as standard, which can be extended to 5 years via our Extended Warranty Program. This covers all functional parts of the chair.
Do you offer a return policy if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 49-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Are the chairs easy to assemble?
Absolutely. Every Secretlab chair comes with a step-by-step assembly guide and a toolkit. Most users find they can fully assemble their chair within 20 minutes. We also provide digital video tutorials on our website.
