Submit a Request
Contact our support team through the official Secretlab support portal to initiate your return request with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Disassemble your product carefully and place it back into its original packaging to ensure safe transit; you are responsible for the return shipping costs to our regional warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once your item arrives and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 7-14 business days.
